Decoupage shells make beautiful ornaments, trinket dishes or soap dishes. Join this month’s fun class to learn this technique and create your own decorated shells. You’ll make at least 2 shells and be able to choose from a wide variety of seasonal, coastal and everyday designs. $27 includes all materials.
